All of our sheet metal fabrication products are developed in a 3D environment using the latest CAD software. Computer models of the metal products are produced in the development stage for customer approval before manufacture.

Sheet Metal CAD Design

Where customers have established designs, we can take 3D models in a variety of formats and utilise this information to produce the sheet metal components, reducing the machine programming time dramatically. Jigs and fixtures that are required for assemblies can be designed and developed in-house directly from 3D models which ensures that the parts will be right – first time, every time.

Laser cutting is a precise method of cutting a design from a given material using a CAD file to guide it. This thermal cutting process uses two forms of laser sources: fibre laser and CO2 laser. The fibre laser is the most innovative laser cutting technology currently on the market.
